For this Friendsgiving, Kardea is in charge of the all-important turkey and side dishes, and her girlfriends bring dessert and drinks. To start, Kardea serves Deviled Crabs in the shell. Then she makes a Cajun Butter Spatchcock Turkey along with Fried Cabbage with carrots and peppers and Sweet Potato Stuffed Cornbread.

She serves her family Chicken-Fried Turkey with Spicy Cranberry Sauce, Grandma's Old-Fashioned Baked Mac 'n Cheese, Cream of Collards and Georgia Peanut and Chocolate Slab Pie with Salted Whipped Cream.
Kardea's Delicious Dream Home
Kardea Brown is bringing a picnic basket filled with a delicious lunch to check on the construction of her dream home with her interior designer and friend, Elyssa. First up, Kardea is making a Chicken and Veggie Wrap with Herb Goat Cheese Spread, the perfect handheld sandwich. Next, Kardea whips up a cute and easy Salad in a Jar with baby kale, plums, smoky chickpeas and a light vinaigrette. Then, it's time to open the bubbly for Kardea's Spritz, a tart and refreshing celebratory cocktail, and Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cream Pies are a delightful treat for dessert.
Family Sunday Funday
Sunday is family day, and Kardea Brown gets the family together for a delicious meal -- a steakhouse supper with the works! She serves up Cold Deviled Crab Dip, Spice Rubbed Rib-Eye Steaks with Frizzled Onions, Broccoli and Cheese Twice Baked Potatoes, and Buttercake with Macerated Berries and Whipped Cream.
Traveling Supper Club

A Garden Grows
Kardea Brown invites Aunt TC over to help plant a container garden in the backyard while Kardea cooks up a fresh veggie and herb-inspired meal. First up, Veggie Soul Rolls are stuffed with collard greens, carrots, cabbage and rice. Then, Kardea grills Lamb Chops with a Mint Pesto and prepares a Fresh Tomato and Feta Salad. To finish off a beautiful day, nothing sounds better than keeping the oven off, so Kardea makes a no-bake Carolina Mud Pie.

Kardea Brown invites her siblings over for a game night, and she makes some tasty dishes for everyone to munch on while they roll the dice. First up are Kardea's Reubens with her Sea Island Dressing and Twirly Tornado Chips made with sweet potatoes. She also makes Black-Eyed Pea Hummus with veggies and pita chips, and there are Strawberry Snowball Cookies, too.

Kardea has some delicious ideas for them to cook and taste test, like Grilled Shrimp Po' Boys, Fried Peanut-Crusted Chicken Sandwiches, Twice Fried Sweet Potatoes Fries with a variety of sauces and, for dessert, Lemon Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches.

It's that special time of year again, and Kardea Brown is making a holiday dinner for her mom, grandma and cousin. On the Christmas table this year is a beautiful Brown Sugar Glazed Ham with Cloves, Red Rice Perloo (a Gullah staple), Green Bean Casserole and Apple Cider Cobbler for dessert.
Family Reunion
Kardea Brown’s family reunions are big, loud and legendary events. She’s hosting the party at her Charleston, S.C., home and makes all the family favorites, including No-Fuss Baby Back Ribs with Carolina Moppin' Sauce and a beautiful 4-Bean Salad. Aunt TC joins Kardea in the kitchen to make her famous Potato Salad, and for dessert, the crew digs into classic Charleston Chewies.

Kardea Brown plans a fancy Southern-style light lunch for her good friend and colleague Nancy Fuller. First, Kardea creates an assortment of Southern Tea Sandwiches filled with Smoked Salmon, Homemade Egg Salad and Ham. She pairs those with a Lowcountry Charcuterie Board featuring Buffalo Blue Pimiento Cheese and Candied Pecans. For dessert, she makes mini versions of Nancy's favorite, Key Lime Pie Tartlets. Of course, no lunch with Nancy would be complete without a little Gigi juice, so Kardea mixes up a Spiked Peach Tea.
Surprise, Ma!
Kardea Brown hits the road to surprise her mom in Atlanta with a visit. On her way, she stops at a seafood stand to pick up some sweet Charleston shrimp for the grill -- a little taste of home for Ma! In Ma's kitchen, they make New Orleans-Style BBQ Shrimp and Grilled Rubbed Chicken with an Alabama White Sauce. Kardea makes a light and crisp Rainbow Carrot and Fennel Salad with Apricots, and they top off their reunion meal with a delicious Unwind Sangria.
Party Food Everyone Loves!
Kardea Brown invites her family over to celebrate her baby nephew's first birthday, but just because it's a kid's party doesn't mean the adults can't love the food, too! Kardea cooks up a perfect party menu that all her guests -- young and old -- will love. She serves a variety of Sheet Pan Pizzas, Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Homemade Chef's Salad and a Vanilla Celebration Cake with a mini version for her nephew to smash!
Wine and Dine
Kardea Brown and her mom sign up to compete in a grape stomp at a local vineyard. After they have a blast stomping grapes like Lucille Ball, Kardea makes a wine-inspired meal that includes Steak and Patatas Bravas, Brussels Sprouts and Kale Salad with Green Goddess Dressing, Salted Caramel Pots de Crème and Red Muscadine Sangria.
Bringing the Moms Together
Kardea Brown loves spending time with the two most important women in her life -- her mom and her mother-in-LOVE to be! She celebrates these ladies and let's them know their loved with a meal of Asparagus Salad, Lobster Tail Thermidor, Confit Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Salted Honey Budino.

Kardea invites her Aunt TC over for a big low-country brunch. The perfectly Southern meal includes Charleston-Style Shrimp and Grits, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits topped with Fresh Apricot Jam, along with a Creamy Hazelnut Frappe.
Double as Nice for Half the Price
Kardea Bown's cousin Ashley is saving for a house and learning to spend less on eating out. So, Kardea is making Ashley her favorite restaurant meal, all for under $30! On the menu is a starter of Sea Island Beer Steamed Mussels and, for the main course, Kardea cooks up Penne with Sausage and Greens with a Grilled Romaine Caeser Salad on the side. For a sweet ending, it's a homemade version of Ashley's go-to restaurant dessert -- Molten Chocolate Cakes.
