About the Show
Wildcard Kitchen is our exclusive, late-night culinary card game where all-star chefs bet, bluff and backstab for cold hard cash and bragging rights. In each episode, host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chefs who know each other well to the test kitchen after-hours for three hands of his underground poker game.

Looking to make their mark, these chefs sacrifice $5,000 of their own cash and take on dishes that force them to think outside the box. Egos are on the line, and the night can only end with one winner walking away with the others' hard-earned money in an intense surf-and-turf battle.
Chopped High Rollers
Eric Adjepong invites Chopped judges Maneet Chauhan, Brian Malarkey and Marc Murphy to a special high-stakes version of his legendary after-hours card game. These high rollers double down and put $10,000 of their own hard-earned money on the line in a night of wild betting and intense cooking, where a battle of the best eggs benedict will determine if all three chefs have enough cash for the final hand. The game doesn't end until someone leaves with a pocket full of their friends' cash.
Three of a Kind
It's ladies' night at the Food Network kitchens, and Eric Adjepong invites Guy's Grocery Games judges Aarti Sequeira, Catherine McCord and Damaris Phillips to spend their night out at his after-hours card game. Their revels get kicked up a notch when they each put up $5,000 of their own money on a no-holds-barred culinary showdown with the final round hinging on the best French toast. These close friends must keep their poker faces on and take the gloves off to walk away with their friends' cash.
LA in the House
Eric Adjepong hosts Los Angeles legends Mei Lin, Marcel Vigneron and Chris Oh at his fabled culinary card game. These West Coast friends bring $5,000 of their own cash and put their reputations on the line through three rounds of intense betting. In the final battle, one all-star chef must put the best spin on meat and potatoes to take the jackpot.
