About the Show
Chef Robert Irvine is on a mission to find America's top aspiring restaurateur ... and in typical Irvine fashion, it's not going to be easy! Each week in the competition, the contestants will travel by bus to real-world locations to be tested on key pillars of the restaurant business. It's the ultimate road trip, and in the end, only one person will remain on the bus and be offered the chance of a lifetime: to help launch a brand-new restaurant in the heart of culinary mecca Las Vegas.
