A dalgona coffee is whipped coffee served on top of milk. It is a huge hit on social media. Ree is taking things to the next level by adding a chocolate vibe with cocoa.
To a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, add the cocoa powder, espresso powder, sugar, vanilla bean paste, ice and 1 tablespoon water. Process, scraping the sides of the processor as needed, until the mixture has lightened in color and become fluffy in texture, 2 to 3 minutes.
Fill an 8-ounce glass mug with ice. Add the milk, then mound the coffee mixture on top. Drink immediately.
