Back-to-school season is an exciting time. There’s a lot to do, like shopping for new clothes and school supplies. But it’s also hectic. Schedules are changing and everyone is busy. Restaurants nationwide know that everyone from teachers and students to parents are going to need all the fuel they can get, and are offering delicious deals and discounts in honor of the season.

Auntie Anne’s: Through September 2, buy $30 worth of gift cards (from Auntie Anne’s or Cinnabon – feel free to mix and match) and get a free $5 reward from each brand (so that’d be $10 total) to use next time. This deal is only open to rewards members, and must be redeemed by October 27. Rewards membership is required to redeem online and is valid until October 27 only.

Baked by Melissa: These bite-sized cupcakes are perfect for tossing in a lunch bag, and their back-to-school pack is available now through September 27. The Backpack Snacks 25-pack is $37 and includes flavors like red velvet, triple chocolate fudge, tie-dye, chocolate chip pancake, cookie dough, mint cookie and cookies and cream.

Cheba Hut: On August 24, stop by Cheba Hut for a free glass of Kool-Aid. The first 200 guests who stop in that day will also get a limited-edition Cottonmouth Cures cup they can fill with free Kool-Aid for a year.

Cinnabon: Spend $30 in gift cards at Cinnabon or Auntie Anne’s through September 2 and get a free $5 reward from each brand toward a future visit.

Cracker Barrel: When school is in session, everyone is tired and a lot of us want to go to bed a lot earlier. To that end, Cracker Barrel is offering early dinner deals at a discount. This way, the family can have smaller portions at a lower price on weekdays between 4-6 p.m., for dine-in only.
